5. Payment Terms

Prices, scope, and timelines are in the proposal or invoice before work starts. There are no hidden fees on this website. Work already done is payable. Refunds for prepaid work that has not started follow the contract and https://alttab.rs/refund/. Ownership of deliverables transfers upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project data as confidential unless agreed otherwise. We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue due to client delays or third-party actions
• Use or misuse of delivered software or systems by the client

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice under the conditions stated in the contract. In such cases, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Serbian regulations.
